How do I set Word documents to be unchangeable? Disable word document editing

1. Open the word document to be protected, as shown in the following figure.

2. Open the Word document and find "tool"-"document protection" on the menu ".

3. in the displayed window, click the "Protect Document" tab, select "allow only such edits in document" in item 2nd, and select "enter form" in the drop-down list ".

4. In the pop-up window, click "yes, enable force protection", as shown in the following figure.

5. Then, a "Enable force protection" dialog box will pop up. Then, enter the protection password and click "OK ".

6. Now you will find that the tool cannot be operated, so that we can save the file.
