How do I stop the Automatic pop-up page?

After opening the computer, we open IE browser on the computer desktop, then click on the top right corner of the browser gear symbol as shown

In the pop-up option, we click on "Internet Options" as shown

After opening the Internet Options Settings window, we click on the "privacy" option shown in

After opening the privacy settings option, we hook under the Pop-up blocker to "Enable Pop-up Blocker" as shown in

After "Enable Pop-up Blocker", we can click the "Settings" option behind it to set which sites do not have to block and other features such as figure

After completing the above steps, we hook up and set the window under the "Application" and "OK", you can complete the browser block pop-up all steps of the operation as shown
