The F1 key to the F12 key, these 12 function keys, also have their effect in Word. Familiarize yourself with them, making word more efficient and easier to edit Word documents.
F1: Open Help. This is the universal function key for all software.
SHIFT+F1: Open the Help tool. A window on the right side of the window that displays specific information about the file.
F2: Cut text. When the text is selected, press the F2 key to move the cursor to the desired position, at which point the state of the cursor becomes a dashed line, press ENTER, and the selected text is moved here.
SHIFT+F2: Copy files. The usage is the same as the cut text.
CTRL+ALT+F2: Open the file.
CTRL+F2: Open File Preview.
SHIFT+ALT+F2: Save the file.
F3: In the input "AutoText" in the text of the entry, press the F3 key, the text automatically changed to the set of the graphic set. Eliminates the time for design and selection.
SHIFT+F3: Toggles the letter's size word.
F4: Repeat the last action. Whether the input text, or select the menu, will be repeated.

Note: These function keys are tested correctly in Word 2007. There are some differences in other versions.
