How do you edit a large section of text in an Excel table?
Method
1, first we open Excel, and then select a text input area, this area is where we will enlarge the paragraph text.
2, right click on this area, pop-up right-click menu, in the Right button menu, we choose to format cells.
3, in the cell format, we click on the alignment, in the alignment panel, we check the merged cells, and then click OK, complete the merge.
4. The following figure is a text input area that we have merged.
5, in this area we enter a large paragraph of text. We can see that the problem has arisen, this large paragraph is beyond the table, so how to let this paragraph of text show.
6, we right-click on this cell, in the pop-up right-click menu, select the Format cell.
7. In the Cell Format dialog box, click Align, and come to its panel. Check the line wrap, and then click OK. The word wrap feature allows text to automatically switch to the next line when it is out of the table, so that the text does not go out of the table.
8, we can see the last paragraph of the text is honest to stay in the table.
