How does ETS provide the TOEFL score service?
ETS will provide the following score services for TOEFL candidates:
(1) During the examination, the candidates can enter the three schools for free. ETS will send their TOEFL scores to the relevant departments of the three schools free of charge within two months after the examination.
(2) If the candidate finds that the score to be sent is insufficient, he or she can apply for a score supplement from ETS. The procedure is to carefully fill in the score report request form, which is attached to the examinee's manual. Then, attach a dollar bill and mail it to ETS.

After receiving an application form and a service charge ($9 per school), ETS is responsible for sending scores within three weeks.

After receiving the application form and service fee (USD 29/per school), ETS is responsible for sending the score within two days.
(3) cancel the test score. If the examinee does not feel ideal during the test, he/she can cancel the test score in the answer sheet, or send a signed letter to ETS after the test, cancel the TOEFL score. Once the exam score is canceled, it cannot be recovered and all fees will not be refunded.
(4) apply for remarking. If you believe that your score is inaccurate or in doubt, you can apply for manual marking from ETS. The fee for applying for remarking is $20.
