How does Excel add a background image that you can print?
1, some people may say, to add a background to the table is not very simple, direct "page layout-Background", and then select the background image you want to add it, as shown in the following figure. But after adding the background we found that the Print preview page does not contain a background image, so we need to take another approach.
2. First, we open this roster Excel table, create a new worksheet and name it "roster."
3, insert a prepared background picture on the Roster worksheet by locating the "insert" in the toolbar, clicking "Picture" in the Drop-down menu, and entering the "Insert Picture" dialog box, choosing a background picture prepared beforehand and clicking "Insert".
4, insert the picture size format may not be appropriate, we can use the toolbar in the "Picture tool" to make appropriate adjustments.
5, then, we return to the Sheet1 worksheet, "CTRL + C" Copy the contents of the table,
6, back to the "Roster" worksheet, select the background picture right cell, click the right mouse button to find the Drop-down menu "Selective paste", click "Other Paste Options" under the "picture", we see the table has been pasted in the picture format to the right.
7, then we drag the table-style picture above the background picture, and then adjust the size of two pictures to the appropriate state.
8, hold down the "Ctrl" key, select two pictures, and then find the picture tool-format-arrange-combination, so that two pictures together.
9, select the area to print, find the Toolbar "page layout", click on the "Print area" Drop-down Menu "Set Print Area" to complete the print area settings.
10, now open "Print Preview", we see the background picture is included in the print preview, is not very simple?
Note:
Be sure to insert the background picture and then paste the table-style picture, the order can not change, otherwise the background picture will overwrite the table-style picture.
The eighth step combines two pictures to make it possible to resize the picture to the print area as needed later.
