3. Now we can switch directly to the sheet 4 worksheet in excel, select the name area in the box shown in the following figure, and press enter.

4. Now return to the sheet3 worksheet and complete the formula "= if (B2 = Sheet4! B2: B24, "Yes", "no") ", as shown in the following figure.

5. Move the cursor to the bottom right corner of the cell. When the mouse turns into a black cross, drag the cursor to copy the formula. Then we can compare the data and find the duplicate data.
