First, the hidden rules of KFC are invalid here. Second, the management personnel of the store are not in place and violate the company's policies without authorization. When I often stand outside of KFC, I will think about it. If I am a store manager, how will I think about it, this is very helpful for the playing time.

First, do you need to dissuade me? In theory, I think it is quite necessary. In the simplest way, I went to Walmart to buy lunch meals. There were not many seats, and you took up a few more calls. Then, can my customers in this store not guarantee the service quality? There is also the management cost. The oil and water of Chinese food are much richer than Western food, and the soup and water of a table are often eaten accidentally. If you eat a KFC dinner, the contaminated area will not exceed that tray. If a guest takes a meal, pat his ass, and leaves, even if he consciously throws the convenient box, who will clean the table? Virtually, KFC requires a lot of manpower to cope with these issues. I think the most important reason why KFC itself does not allow guests to eat their own food is that it is difficult to define food safety issues. Although KFC is dominated by junk food, I believe that what such companies sell is something that is going on, and you should not believe it. However, if you mix it with your own food, it is difficult to define the problem once it occurs. I am not an expert. I am confused. Based on the above points, I can't see why KFC allows customers to eat their own food in the store. What's more, most of them are not consumed in KFC. I remember that when Walmart launched its lunch box, it opened a dining area on the third floor. I was very impressed with the health status of the area, and it was a public area, A large number of mobile workers are sleeping here to pick up bottles and cans. So soon Walmart shut down the area. KFC is forced to undertake this part of passenger flow.

However, I can say responsibly that most of the guests who enter the KFC to eat lunch are sorry, because there is no place to solve it, and they can't eat at the side of the road. Not everyone has the ability to spend money in a restaurant. Therefore, most people try to keep their desktops clean and tidy as soon as possible. I think, as a KFC manager, like the migrant workers who come in and eat, we should be people-oriented. While not hurting the interests of the store, it can also provide customers with as much convenience as possible.

Therefore, first of all, as a store manager, the first principle is to do a good job of service to ensure the quality of service for normal diners. This requires some calculations, especially for the calculation of Passenger Flows in different time periods. If the customer who receives the normal KFC consumption will reach the peak at, we can guide the customer to complete the meal before, so after receiving the message, you can also consciously consume messages in case of errors.

The second is to see if we can draw a part of the leisure area, just as many stores have children's activity areas, which can only be included in management costs and cannot be used to increase sales. Then, can we open up some such areas and change some supporting facilities, such as long tables and chairs, to increase the capacity. In this way, it is a little embarrassing to avoid customers who normally eat at the same table as customers.
