First open the picture you want to edit in PS, as shown in the following illustration:
2 Double-click the "Lock" icon on the right of the layer and click OK in the new layer box that pops up, and this step turns the layer to layer 0, as shown in the following illustration:
3 Click on "Image"-"canvas Size", in the pop-up "Canvas size" setting box, keep the original layout unchanged, slightly magnified high and wide (about 25 pixels), as shown in the following figure:
4 under the Layer bar (generally in the lower right corner) Click on the "New layer" icon, create a new layer, as shown in the following image:
5 Click "Filter"-"Render"-"cloud", then click "Filter"-"Render"-"layered Cloud", then press ctrl+f several times to improve the sense of hierarchy, as shown in the following illustration:
6 Click on "Filter"-"stylized"-"embossed", Set parameters: angle:-45 degrees, Height: 1 pixels, Quantity: 500%, as shown in the following figure:
7 Click "Filter"-"blur"-"Gaussian blur" in turn, as shown in the following figure:
8 Place Layer 0 above Layer 1 (drag layer 1 directly below layer 0), as shown in the following figure:
9 Click "File"-"Save as" saves layer 1 as PSD format, as shown in the following illustration:
10 Click "Filter"-"Twist"-"replace", set the horizontal ratio to 10%, the vertical ratio is 10%, click OK, and then select "Save File" in step 9 to open, at which point the layer appears as shown below:
11 Select Overlay in the blending mode below the layer, as shown in the following illustration:
12 Click "Image"-"adjust"-"brightness/contrast", click OK after adjusting brightness/contrast in the Brightness/contrast box, as shown in the following image:
13 Finally, after processing the saved picture and the original image is as follows:
