1. First, we need to go to the Apple website, pull down on the technical Support page, and click "Get Help on Apple ID" under "Apple ID".
2. In the welcome interface of the jump, click on "Manage Account" as shown above.

If your Apple ID is previously set up with a secure mailbox, you can click the "Send security message reset email to XXX secure Mailbox" below the question of security prompts, and then log in to a secure mailbox to receive an Apple-sent message named "Reset your Apple ID security question and answer."
6. Click "Reset Now" in the message to jump to the page and reset the security question and password.
7. If you do not have a secure mailbox or a secure mailbox already unavailable, you will need to use Apple's official customer service to reset the security prompts.
8. Call the Apple's official customer service phone after the transfer to the artificial station, to the customer service staff to explain the problem, that is, want to reset the security prompts problem.
9. Customer service staff will be able to verify some information about this Apple ID account, we only need to provide and verify on request, the general will ask some of the previously set security question and so on information.
10. It is worth noting that the other side may need us to generate a temporary PIN on the page that logs on to the Apple ID when dealing with the problem. Click on "Temporary Support PIN", will be pop-up page, click "Build" will see a 4-digit temporary PIN code.
11. After the successful completion of Apple's official customer service will reset the Apple ID security question, we only need to log on to the Apple ID reset.
