Excel sets the method for leading:
Set leading Step 1: To modify the line spacing for Excel, first select the cells you want to change, but you cannot select a single cell, select the leftmost sequence number (each number represents an entire row), and then right-click and select Row height from the menu. As shown in figure:
Set the line spacing Step 2: Enter the desired row height data on the pop-up window, and then click OK. As shown in figure:
Set line spacing Step 3: To modify the column spacing for Excel, first select the cells you want to change, but you cannot select a single cell, select the top-most letter in Excel (each letter represents an entire column), and then right-click and select Column width from the menu. As shown in figure:
Set line spacing Step 4: Enter the required column width data on the pop-up window, and then click OK. As shown in figure:
Set the line spacing Step 5: Set the effect (with row height 25, column width 12 for example). As shown in figure:
