Here's how Excel tables translate a column of data into multiple rows and columns of data. No complex formula input is required, just a simple mouse operation can be done.
1. Converts a column of 60 data to 5 rows and 12 columns.
First, in the B1 to enter "A1", B2 input "A13", and then select B1, B2, move the mouse to the bottom right corner of the check box (this time the mouse changed to "+" shape, the same below), press and hold the left hand box down to the B5 place. At this point, the B3, B4, B5 will be filled with "A25", "A37", "A49" respectively.
2, continue to put the mouse to the lower right corner, press and hold the right mouse button to the right to the M column, at this time pop-up dialog box. Select Fill sequence in the dialog box, as shown in the figure.
3, find the above toolbar "find and select", click "Replace". In the dialog box that pops up, type "A" in the Find content, replace it with "=a," and click Replace All.
4, to complete the conversion.
