How Docker enters the container

Author: User

When you create a container with a daemon running through Docker (when you use the-D parameter), the container starts up and enters the background. The user cannot see the information in the container. Sometimes, if you need to go into a container, there are several ways to do this, including using the Docker attach command, Docker exec commands, and nsenter tools.

  • Attach command
Docker Attach container name/id

It is sometimes inconvenient to use the Attach command. When multiple windows are attach to the same container at the same time, all Windows will be displayed synchronously. When a window is blocked by a command, other Windows cannot perform the action.

  • EXEC command
Docker Exec-ti Container Id/bin/bash
  • Nsenter Tools
