Use the following methods to quickly open multiple workbooks:
Method One
Open the folder that contains the workbook (*.xls), hold down the SHIFT key or CTRL key, and select multiple workbooks adjacent or nonadjacent by the mouse to select them all;
Then right-click, select Open, and the system starts Excel 2002 and opens all of the selected workbooks.
Method Two
Copies multiple workbook files that need to be opened one at a time to the C:windowsapplication Datamicrosoftexcelxlstart folder, and the workbook is opened at the same time when you start Excel 2002.
Method Three
Start Excel 2002, click tools → options, open the Options dialog box, click the General tab, enter the full path of a folder (such as D:excel) in the box after opening all files in this key at startup, and click OK to exit;
Then copy the workbook that you want to open at the same time to the folder above, and when you start Excel 2002, all the files in the folder above, including non-Excel documents, are opened.
Method Four
In Excel 2002, click the file → open command, hold down the SHIFT key or CTRL key, and in the pop-up dialog file list, select multiple workbooks that are next to each other or nonadjacent;
Then press the Open button to open more than one workbook at a time.
Method Five
With this method, open the workbook that you want to open all at once, and then click the file → save Workspace command to open the Save Workspace dialog box and name the save.
When you open the workspace file in Excel 2002 later, all workbooks that are included in the workspace are opened at the same time.
