In the Excel Options window that pops up, click the proofing option, and then click AutoCorrect Options on the right.

The AutoCorrect window that pops up defaults to the AutoCorrect option, to use "BJ" instead of "Beijing", we just need to enter the initials in the input box below "Replace", such as "BJ", enter "Beijing" in the input box under "for", click "Confirm".
