The Excel Macro button is set to the following steps:

1. The nature of the button is a macro, so before making the button, we first record a macro, the macros are ready, you can make the button. First open a table as shown in the picture, select the headline, and then we execute on the menu bar: Development Tools--Macros

2. Set the macro name to "big title" and save it as a "Personal macro Workbook" so that you can see the macro by opening any Excel, and you can only see the macro in this Excel file if you save it in the current workbook.

3. Right-click the selected cell, and in the Open right-click menu, select Format cell

4. In the Open Cell Format dialog box, switch to the alignment item, and then set the horizontal, vertical, and merged cells.

5. Switch to the font options, then set the font style and font size, and finally click OK button. The font style and font size should be set to meet the big headline eye-catching requirements.

6. After setting the format of the headline, we will click "Stop Recording" under the development tool.

7. Next record a macro, this time is to set the format of the small title, set the flow diagram I have posted below, as with the above steps, here is not explained.
