How PowerPoint lets you embed fonts that don't distort

1, click the "File-> Save as" command.

2. In the pop-up dialog box, click the small triangle next to the tool button in the upper right corner and select "Hold option (s)".

3, check "embed the font file", and then select the way you want to embed, and then keep the file on it.

Warm tips:

PowerPoint offers two types of font-embedding options:

1, not fully embedded-only the font used in the presentation, the file is relatively small, in any computer can correctly preview the font, but the lack of some of these fonts computer intelligent viewing, cannot edit.

2, full embedding-embed all fonts, the file will be very large, can be viewed and edited on any computer. But the file will obviously increase (usually more than 10MB), and the save process will be very long.
