First, I want to talk about my background in my career. In fact, some companies have told me about it. Many enterprises, especially multinational companies, advocate the background of famous universities, especially the bosses or senior executives who have graduated from famous universities.
For the general logic of thinking, there is a high threshold for famous universities, and it is naturally superior to those who can enter famous universities. Well-known enterprises also share the same logic. Being able to enter a well-known enterprise is a kind of qualification certification. Being able to hold a senior position in it and have high stability, it indicates that their talents and performance are recognized, have a certain degree of loyalty to the Enterprise.

Well-known enterprises include advanced management concepts, standardized management models, mature and innovative business models, and excellent corporate culture, the resources and contacts used by well-known enterprises are incomparable among general enterprises, which are also important to employers.

Third, in terms of education qualifications, senior executives generally start with a bachelor's degree. Master's degree is preferred, but some enterprises require at least a master's degree. If you have a college degree, we recommend that you register an undergraduate certificate immediately. Maybe enterprises will think that your education background will affect the enterprise image.

The longer a person is in a company, the better. 7. The prime age for senior executives is between 35 and 45 years old. Of course, some jobs are not supported, such as marketing planning and R & D and design. If you are over 50 years old, you may not be more likely to consider it. This is especially true for large-intensity jobs and engineering positions.

Eighth, do not introduce your company too much, especially well-known enterprises. For a well-known Enterprise, you only need to introduce the industry, products, and scale of the enterprise. 9. Do not write a narrative resume. The resume should be clear and important. In addition to basic personal information, you must write your work experience, education background, and self-evaluation information. During work experience, the full name of the work unit, start and end dates, company profile, position, reporting object, number of direct subordinates, responsibilities, and performance should be provided. Do not write a narrative composition. Generally, the number of resumes should not exceed three pages.

10. The company name should be specific. Some resumes contain company names such as XXX. If it is the current active unit, you can still understand it. If it is the case for all units, it will be hard to understand.
