How Office Screenshots

On the desktop all the open window screenshots, in fact, office has helped you automatically ready, do not have you to intercept.

In the Insert → illustrations tool Group, you can find the Screenshot tool, click it, list the currently running Program Screenshot window in available Windows, and click on one of them to insert the selected screenshot into the document at the cursor location.

So, what if you want to intercept any area of your desktop or program, and you need to edit it?

Click "Screen Clipping" below the menu above, drag the mouse on the desktop, the selected part will be clearly displayed, after releasing the mouse, the screenshot will automatically be inserted into the document where the cursor is located. You can then make more detailed adjustments through the Format menu.

Word, Excel, PPT and other components have screenshots function, other screenshots software should retire. If you are using more than Office version 2010, you can easily handle it.
