1. First, open the photo, click on the layer at the bottom of the Layers palette button, choose Black and white.
You can scroll down to find a preset filter option for your photo and I chose my green filter. |
, Next, copy the background layer, and name it "blur." Execution: filter > Blur > Gaussian blur, set the appropriate amount of blur. When you are sure to hide the layer temporarily, it will be used later.
3. Add a new layer, go to filter > Render > Cloud, and then set the blending mode of the layer to color filter. |
4, add three or more layers, covered with clouds, build a thick fog. |
5, when you are finished, select all the clouds, right-click and select merge layers. Then add a layer mask. |
6. Now, we will work on the prospect of refining the photos in the mist. Select the layer mask thumbnail to paint the foreground portion with a black brush with large flow and transparency. |

12, now, invert the layer mask. You'll see the Blur is now the fog is the thickest. |
