1, new size customized documents, background filled with dark gray. Create a new layer, draw a round box, and fill it with light yellow: #f3eecd. Then add the layer style, set the bevel and Emboss, as shown below.

2, draw the shape layer to add high light and dark part (I use the shape layer mask, you can also use the brush, see personal habits), high light is too solid, you can give 1 pixels around the feather.

3, the outer frame and the high light merge, creates a new layer above the background layer, draws a circle to make the dial, adds the inside shadow and the inner glow pattern, may try the different method more.

4, with the shape of the mask to add a dark part of the dial. Then add the numbers and hands (hands is a simple shape, the second part of the center of the seconds with strokes plus a gradient overlay on it).

5, the new layer, with the pen hook shape to draw the alarm clock's foot. Add gradient overlay, paint high light. Then copy one and get around two feet.
