How PPT output as picture file

PowerPoint 2010 supports the output of slides in a presentation as JPEG, GIF, TIFF, PNG, BMP, and so on, enabling the user to make a larger range of

Swap or share the contents of the presentation.

Step 1: Press the "ctrl+0" key combination to open a presentation.

Step 2: Click the File menu and click the Save As command in the pop-up panel.

Step 3: Pop the Save As dialog box to set the save path and file name for the file.

Step 4: Click the lower Triangular button to the right of the Save type and select the JPEG File Interchange Format option in the Drop-down list box that pops up.

Step 5: Click the Save button and pop-up the message box to ask the user to select the range of slides to be exported as picture files.

Step 6: Click each slide button, pop-up message box, prompting the user to save the location of the file and how to save.

Step 7: Click the OK button to output the slide as a picture format and view the effect in the appropriate effects folder.
