First, the processing model
First step
Open the image and use the Pen tool (P) to pull the model out of the background and save the path. Press command or Ctrl+enter to load a selection and feather 0.5 pixels, making the edge of the image softer.

Then use the Pen tool (P) to select the teeth section, with hue/saturation to adjust, reduce the yellow hue, choose yellow, reduce saturation to-80.
The next step is to tighten the high light portion of the trousers, pull out the trousers and adjust with the curve.
Brush out the high light with the mask in the direction of the light.
The next step is to reduce the shadow around the eye, continue to adjust with the curve, and use the mask to effect the middle part of the eye and nose.

Open the old factory image and put it behind the model image.
The background is treated with lens blur (Filter > Blur > Lens blur) to highlight the model. The parameters are shown in the figure below.
