1. Open the MathType Formula Editor and go to the edit formula interface.

If the ruler is already displayed, do not do this step, and proceed directly to the next steps. The ruler is empty before the ruler is displayed, and a blue tick appears in front of the ruler that is already displayed.

3. When the ruler is displayed, it will be found that although it is marked with a scale, it is always different from the length of our impressions. Click MathType "View"-"Zoom"-"100%", at which point the ruler will revert to the standard state, and the length you see is the standard length, consistent with the length of our impressions.

The minimum scale for the ruler is 1mm, but we see a 1mm scale that is longer than the actual 1mm, because of our display scale problem. In general, when we edit the formula, the editing area will be displayed in 200%, so that the letter of the formula will look more clearly, and if it is shown in 100%, the editing area is very small and not conducive to editing, and if you use 400% or 800% it is too large, It's not very convenient to edit.

If your version is version 6.7 and below, the ruler is displayed in British size, and the scale 1 is not 1mm.
