How the WPS table sets the data validation function

1, open the work thin, the following figure 1,

2, select the "School Number" of a column, click on the "Data" menu, select "Effectiveness", as shown in Figure 2,

3, open the Data Validation dialog box, under the "Settings" option, click the Drop-down button to the right of allow, select the Custom option in the Drop-down menu that pops up, and then enter the formula "=countif (A:A,A1) =1" (excluding quotes) in the Formula text box below, as shown in Figure 3,

4, switch to "error warning" fill in the title and error message, click "OK", as shown in Figure 4,

5, below we start to enter some data to check the effect. When you enter a data that is not duplicated, you can display it normally, as shown in Figure 5,

When you enter duplicate data, a pop-up Error warning dialog box is required to require the user to check and enter the correct data, as shown in Figure 6,
