How to access a Mac shared folder in a VMware virtual machine

If you want to share multiple folders, you can add them to the virtual machine's shared Settings window. Virtual machine defaults to provide us with MAC desktop, documents, music, pictures and other sharing options, if you want to add other folders, please click the "+" button, as shown in the picture

Then select the folder you want to share in the MAC and click the "Add" button.

After the addition is complete, you can see the newly added shared directory in the Shared Settings window in the virtual machine.

Next we open the Computer window in the virtual machine and we can see a Share Folders directory with a shared identity, please click Open.

You can then see a list of all the shared folders between the Mac and the virtual machine, as shown in the figure
