When you make a presentation, you want your presentation to be beautiful and appealing, and you'll typically include various pictures and video files in your presentation. Some files, like Flash files, have both pictures and visuals, and the file is small, there are many such materials on the Web, easy to download, many people want to refer to these files in the presentation, make their presentation more colorful, but do not know how to insert the Flash file in the presentation. Let me show you how to add a Flash file to your presentation.
Before you start, you have to confirm that the system has a Flash control installed, generally when browsing the Web site, if you include Flash files, the system will automatically prompt you to install the control. If it is not installed, please choose to install it again when browsing.
Open a new presentation, the system will use the default style, if you want to add a title when you refer to flash, you can use the default style of the system, write the title on the title bar you need to write, or you can delete. The following opens the View menu, finds the toolbar, clicks Visual BASIC, and pops up the VisualBasic toolbar, as shown in the following figure.
Then click the Control button on the Visual BASIC toolbar, pop the Drop-down menu, and click the attached control. Find Shockwave Flash OBJECT, which is the key to inserting a flash file into our presentation. As shown in the following illustration:
With the mouse in the slide control into, adjust the display range. Right-click on the control, pop-up menu, find the property bar, click on the menu will pop up the property settings, as shown in the following image.
The following will be set to display the Flash file, as shown in the following figure, in the property settings to find a movie, fill in the need to demonstrate the Flash file, attention must be added to the path. Because this external control does not provide browse lookup functionality, you can only enter the path and name of the file manually.
