How to add buttons in PPT courseware

This article uses PPT 2007 as an example. The detailed steps for creating a PPT button are as follows:

1. Open the PPT document and click Insert-shape. A drop-down box is displayed, which has many shapes. You can select one you like here.

 

2. Next, we will draw this image on the page and select the desired position.

3. Click Start. On the right side of the page, find the following area:

 

4. Select the image you just painted, click shape fill, select the color or image, as well as the gradient effect and texture, and set it according to your own situation. Here, only the color is selected for convenience.

 

5. Keep the selected image, click the shape contour, and add the outline to it. You can select all colors and lines.

6. Keep the selected image and click Shape Effects. There are various special effects to find out your favorite effects.

8. Select insert-text box, select horizontal text box, and insert the text "play ":

 

9. Select the slide where playback is located, right-click and choose hyperlink. The following menu is displayed. Select the position in this document and select the slide where the playback is located, click OK.

 

10. Now the production is complete. Press F5 to try the effect.
