How to add mosaic to a picture

We often see in various media that the eye of the witness will be mosaic, the purpose of which is to protect the witness's personal secrets from being leaked out. But for the picture to make mosaic effect general experts will use Photoshop and other professional image tools, we rookie can not play! But if you encounter such a thing, must make and how to do? Today I would like to introduce the use of ISEE, as long as two steps can be added to the picture mosaic effect.

The first step is to select the production area

Start iSEE Open the picture you want to make, click the "Pick Tool" on the toolbar, the mouse will turn into a cross, and drag the mouse to the area where the mosaic will be selected (Figure 1).

Tip: When selecting an area, you can'll the drawn dotted box, or drag the surrounding box to change its position and size, so that you have an accurate selection of areas to make the mosaic.

The second step is to make mosaic easily

Open the Image Effects menu, select the "Mosaic" command in the "Blur/Noise" submenu, which will pop up a mosaic operation window, drag the bottom slider and view the effect of the image changes from the preview window until the mosaic level meets the requirements and click OK to return (Figure 2).

At this time we see the mosaic effect has been made, how simple it is!
