Windows 2003 and XP provide several command line tools for performance monitoring, including logman utility (logman.exe), relog utility (relog.exe), and typeperf utility (typeperf.exe ).
You can use relog to convert a log file to another format. For example, convert the following command to CSV format:
Relog logfile. BlG-f csv-O logfile.csv
