8: Subscribe to the Microsoft Translator API. Click the "Data" menu in the navigation bar, enter "Microsoft Translator" in the Search box, click the Search icon
9: Click on the search results in "Microsoft Translator", enter the subscription screen, click on the right of the "register" button.
10: Tick the terms of service, click "Register"
11: Subscription complete.
