Foreign trade sellers to avoid the above disputes must pay attention to the following points: 1. Sellers need to describe the items they sell in as detailed and accurate a way as possible. In particular, some Chinese quality standards and units of measurement that are different from other countries must be explained in detail; 2. Keep chat records with customers as much as possible in case of future disputes; 3. Beware of high-risk countries and perverse transactions. Abnormal transactions generally show that the buyer at the cost of freight costs require the seller to use the more expensive express delivery or the buyer constantly request to change the delivery address, such as the occurrence of the seller should be more vigilant. And some countries from the Middle East, Africa, because EMS freight information may be displayed incomplete, so the transaction risk also increased correspondingly. In particular, China Post's cargo tracking number only supports tracking inquiries in 5 countries, including: USA, UK, Canada, Australia, New Zealand. Therefore, the credit card issuing bank and the PayPal company only accept the EMS Express mode of China Post adopted in these 5 countries.

third. PayPal complaint not received goods
According to PayPal rules, sellers are required to provide a tracking number that is properly addressed to the buyer. Otherwise, the full payment will be withdrawn. For sellers who have not yet shipped or have filled in the tracking number but can still intercept the goods, the seller must suspend the delivery and communicate with the buyer in a timely manner. The complaint processing staff on the marketing platform shall provide the transaction information of the buyer and seller to PayPal for verification according to the actual condition of the order, so as to protect the interests of both parties to the maximum extent.

fourth. PayPal complains that the goods do not match the description
Compared to several other PayPal complaints, this kind of complaint is less dangerous to the purchase price, but if the buyer presents the goods to PayPal as proof of the third party such as fakes, PayPal will decide to recover the full payment, so the seller cannot be too careless about this issue. The phenomenon of goods and description is very common in the network marketing, as long as the buyers and sellers to engage in positive and effective communication, similar complaints can be a good solution.
