Since you are here for an interview, you must know the importance of the interviewer. Can't you use your mind? It is very enthusiastic support for every job seeker who comes to the interview, as long as he is willing to make friends with him. Moreover, I firmly believe that a technical problem is not a big deal. I just want to learn it. Do you still know what kind of knowledge is born. However, if there is a problem with people's mentality, it will be very troublesome, and there will be problems such as poor communication, ineffective cooperation, decreased morale, and brutal culture. This is precisely the enemy of any project on the road to success.

I want to say a few more words to my friends who have just graduated from the workplace: Give up the kind of mentality that regards all beings as dogs, and give up the kind of self-confidence and self-confidence, use a peaceful attitude and a friendly attitude toward cooperation to talk to the interviewer and communicate honestly. It is not terrible to admit that you still have some questions and do not know the answer. What is terrible is the rude attitude that is not knowledgeable and wrong. Currently, college students and graduate students are equipped with mobile phones. This is a good thing. But have you ever wondered whether to disable the mobile phone sometimes. For example, when a plane is taking off, or when you are at a gas station. Also, remember to close your phone during the interview.

Don't trust some experts' tips: Answering interviews or hiring notices from another organization can significantly increase your value. Facts have proved that the psychological blow to the interviewer is fatal, and the damage to your image is also profound. Turning it off can make face-to-face communication more friendly and warm. Several times, a job seeker said, "Sorry, I'm going out to answer the call." Sorry, please wait "...... Then I waited for him/her to finish the phone porridge. I believe: I am afraid there is nothing more embarrassing than waiting. Fortunately, I am a generous person, but I cannot guarantee that all interviewers will be patient and tolerant.

Turn off your phone, especially for girls who love text messages. In my interview experience, I felt funny when I first met a candidate who sent a text message in front of me. You know, this is a serious issue during the interview. Step 4: even in a normal conversation, do you want the other party to be busy with things irrelevant to the conversation? I believe that you will not make such a low-level mistake, but I can't help but whisper: decide whether the plane you are hired is about to take off soon. Please fasten your seat belt, close your phone in time.
