Recently, some children's shoes ask that users outside the organization cannot send messages to mail groups within an organization, the reason for this is that by default, when Exchange Server 2010 Mail Group is created, the anonymous send feature is blocked, and only authenticated users are sent mail to the Mail group, how do you remove this anonymous limit? In fact it is very simple, the method is as follows:
1, log on to the Exchange Server 2010 server.
2. Find the mail group that you want to suppress anonymous restrictions, double-click to open the Mail group properties, and in the following illustration, click Mail Flow Settings, as shown in the following figure.
Back to the column page: http://www.bianceng.cnhttp://www.bianceng.cn/Servers/Mail/
3, in the pop-up Message Delivery Restrictions dialog box, cancel the "require all senders to authenticate" checkbox before the check box selection, as shown in the following figure;
4. At this point, you can send mail to this mail group anonymously, not just within the organization to send mail to the group.
