Symptom: When a user replies to a message, the date of the current message is automatically added by default, but if the date is displayed in Chinese, that is, the foreign guest is in the English system, so it is not possible to display it and see the garbled text. How to change to the English date format? As shown in figure:

WORKAROUND: Control Panel--Regional and language Options--Regional Options: "English (USA)"
