How to check English spelling and grammatical errors in Word2013

Source: Internet
Author: User

Step 1th, open the Word2013 document window, and if you see a wavy line in the Word document that contains red, blue, or green, there are spelling or grammatical errors in the Word document. Switch to the review ribbon and click the Spelling and Grammar button in the proofing group, then click the Spelling and Grammar button

Step 2nd, open the Spelling Checker task pane, and confirm that the word or phrase that you marked does have a spelling or grammatical error, based on the spelling checker in the task pane. If you do have an error, click the Change button as you are prompted to do so. If there are no errors in the indicated word or phrase, you can click the Ignore or Ignore All button to ignore the suggestions for modification of this word or phrase. You can also click the Add button to add the indicated word or phrase to the Word2013 built-in dictionary. Changing content based on spelling checker suggestions

The 3rd step, when you finish spelling and grammar checks, closes the spell Checker task pane directly.
