In this way, the operation efficiency is low, and errors are also prone. The most fundamental reason is that it is not in line with the concept of easy and convenient office. Today, we will introduce two methods for you to easily convert Word rows and columns. The following two tables are table 1 before conversion and table 2 after conversion. You can convert a table to a table two using the following method.
I. Excel
1. in word, right-click the cross icon in the upper left corner of the table and select the entire table. Then, right-click the table and choose copy from the context menu. (1)

2. Next, open the Excel file, right-click any cell, select the "paste SELECT> text" command, and paste the Word Table to the Excel file. (2)
3. Select and right-click to copy the cells with data in figure 2.
4. Switch to another blank worksheet, right-click the worksheet, and execute the "paste selectively" command. Finally, in the displayed dialog box, select the "transpose" check box and click "OK. (3)
5. at this time, we will find that the rows and columns in the Excel table have been exchanged according to our requirements, and the data of each cell is also not bad, then copy the converted table back to word. For tables that have been converted successfully, we need to reset the border of the new table because the converted table has no border by default.
Method 2: Replacement
1. first, select a column of data in table 1 and copy the data. In an open blank word document, use the "select Paste" command under the "edit" menu, select "unformatted text" for selective paste, and then open the "search and replace" dialog box.
2. enter "^ P" (carriage return) in the "search content" box, enter "^ t" (Tab) in the "Replace with" box, and click "replace all ", now you will find that a column of data is changed to a row of data, and then paste all the data into the required table. (4)

3. Use the same method to convert data in other columns to the corresponding position of the table.
