First, you must know the quantitative relationship:
6-inch = 10.2x15.2
1 inch = 2.5x3.5
2-inch = 3.5x5.3
1. Open the photo you want to create
2. in the toolbar, click crop tool (adjust width: 2.5 cm, height: 3.5 cm, resolution: 300 pixels), select a proper position on the photo, click the attribute bar (OK √) (for example)
3. Image image size: (adjustable width: 0.4 cm, height: 0.4 cm, relative: √) Click OK (for example)
