Enable grid (View> display grid) and align grid (View> align to grid ). A grid is required for each 1px, so go to edit> Preferences>> grid, enter 1 in the gridline column, and enter 1 in the partition column. You should also open the information panel (window> information) to give a vivid preview of your shape size and position. Do not forget to set the measurement unit pixel editing> Preferences> unit to set the measurement unit for the Pixel. All these options will accelerate your work.

2. Create a set of image styles. Step 1 create a 6px circle with the elliptic tool (L) filled with R = 39, G = 170, B = 225, and the line is unfilled. Select the blue shape to go to effect> distortion & Transformation> transformation. Enter property settings, and click OK to go to object> extension. To ensure that the result Group of the shape is selected, click Shift-Ctrl-G to disband them twice.

Step 2 focuses on your blue circles. Select one on the left, open the appearance panel (window> appearance), select the current fill, and enter the effect> path> offset path. Enter a-1.5px offset, click OK. Select the appearance panel, and use the add new fill button to add a second fill to the circle (the blue arrow points to the following figure ). Select the new fill and drag it to the bottom of the exterior panel. Set the color to R = 21, G = 62, B = 110. Make sure that your circle is selected, open the graphic style panel (window> graphic style>), and click the new graphic style button (as shown in the following figure, the small blue arrow points ).

In step 8, replace R = 39, G = 170, B = 225 with R = 250, G = 109, B = 143, and replace R = 21, G = 62, B = 110 is R = 147, G = 66, B = 67. Select these shapes one by one and save the image style as shown in the following figure.

In step 9, replace R = 250, G = 109, B = 143 with R = 255, G = 205, B = 5, and replace R = 147, G = 66, B = 67 for R = 241G = 90, B = 41. Select these shapes one by one and save the image style as shown in the following figure.

In step 10, replace R = 255, G = 205, B = 5 with R = 85, G = 185, B = 72, and replace R = 241, G = 90, B = 41 is R = 0G = 105, B = 55. Select these shapes one by one and save the image category as shown in the following figure. Select all six circles and delete them.

3. Create text blocks and text step 1 select the elliptic tool (L) and create a 6px circle filled with R = 0, G = 149, B = 66. On the layers panel, double-click the green shape and name it "1 circle. Make sure that the Ellipse Tool (L) is still valid. Select a shape and change it to a composite path (Control-8 or object> composite path ). On the layers panel, double-click the orange compound path and name it "2 circles ".

Step 2 make sure that the elliptic tool (L) creates a new 6px circle filled with R = 222, G = 26, B = 54 and goes to effect> distortion & Conversion> conversion, enter the properties shown in the following figure, click OK, and enter the object> extension. Select a shape and change it to a composite path (Control-8 or object> composite path ). On the layers panel, double-click the red compound path and name it "3 circles ".

Step 3 make sure that the elliptic tool (L) creates a new 6px circle with R = 39, G = 170, B = 225, go to effect> distortion & Conversion> conversion (as shown in the figure below), enter properties in the left window, click OK, and enter the object> extension. Select a shape and change it to a composite path (Control-8 or object> composite path ). On the layers panel, double-click the red compound path and name it "4 circles ".
