How to Create a PDF file and add bookmarks to a PDF file

However, this bookmarks are not in a tree structure, at this time, we also need to download a software -------> Foxit Reader, which can be used to add bookmarks, especially tree-shaped bookmarks. it is OK to drag them directly.
