1.wps2005 the non-sequential header and footer settings

In long documents, you will often encounter situations where the first page is a cover or a similar character without displaying headers and footers, and there are different page settings with different header and footer conditions. The general way to set the header and footer is no way to achieve this function.

⑴ Set Header

In the File menu, open the Page Setup dialog box, switch to the Layout tab, select the different first page check box in header and footer, and then you can edit headers and footers by using the Header and Footer command under the View menu. Of course there is a disadvantage to this approach, that is, the header is set to the same.

If you want to set different headers and footers on different pages, this approach is obviously not possible, and you need to insert a section break method. First move the cursor to the end of the first page, and then click Continuous section Break under separator under the Insert menu to insert a section break at the beginning of the second page. On the second page, click the header and Footer command on the View menu to edit the headers and footers. For documents that require multiple header footers, you can insert more than one section break and follow the above procedure.

⑵ Set Footer

As the above approach, although the section break is used, the footer on the second page still displays 2, not starting at page 1th. This can be done by inserting the field code, for example, to display "page 1th" on the second page, you can press CTRL+F9 to enter the field code input state {={page}-1}, other pages can also be based on the above algorithm to solve.

2. After using the column function in WPS2005, the header footer setting

The most common example of this functionality is the page footer setting in the quiz paper. Because the general test papers are made with A3 or 8 paper, divided into the left and right two columns, and each column must be marked with the number of pages and the total number of pages in order to prevent students do not leak, and the number of pages in general monogram in the footer. The specific actions are as follows:

Click the header and Footer command under the View menu, and on the Header and Footer toolbar that pops up, click the toggle between Headers and footers button to place the cursor in both left and right columns. In the left column, enter the "First" button, and then press CTRL+F9 to enter the domain edit state. Enter "=" and then press CTRL+F9 to form a nested field, move the cursor out of the field after entering "Page" in the second field, then enter "*2-1", and then move the cursor out of the field-edited braces , the "page X" setting is completed when you enter the "pages" word. Then complete the "Y-page" setting.

After the page you have entered, enter the "this paper altogether", press the CTRL+F9 key, enter "=" in it, then press ctrl+f9 key combination, form a nested domain, after entering "NumPages" in the second field, move the cursor out of the field, then enter "*2", Finally, move the cursor out of the field-edited curly braces, and then enter the "page" word and the entire work is done.

3. Use the header and footer function to make the test paper seal line

Usually the seal line of the test paper is to separate the seal line as a column in the page, and then insert a text box to complete. But the flaw with this method is that each new page needs to be copied to a new page for the manufactured seal. This problem can be solved by using the page footer feature.

⑴ First click File/Page Setup, set the paper size and page margins, and so on, note that the left margin should be set to larger, to place the prepared seal line. Then click the Columns button on the toolbar to divide the page into 2 columns and set the spacing and width of the columns.

⑵ mouse clicks the Header and Footer command under the View menu, and you can go directly to the header. Next, click the Insert menu, select text Box/vertical, and insert a text box to the left of the page that is equivalent to the height of the page. Its default format does not meet the requirements, you need to click the "Format" menu to choose "Text Direction", as shown in Figure 3, select the direction to the left, and then enter the corresponding text, such as name, class, study number, seal line, etc., forming a figure 4 effect.

⑶ next to remove the horizontal line in the text box, right-click the text box, in the menu that pops up, select Format text box, and in the Format Text Box dialog box, in the Color and Line tab, set the line color to wireless bar color, and then click OK. If you look at the header and footer at this point, you'll find a horizontal color in the header, which is not what we need and needs to be removed. Click Format/borders and shading, and in the Borders and Shading dialog box that opens, set border to None, and then select paragraph in the list under apply to to determine it. "". "
