How to design a wireless video transmission solution using the evdo Router

It should be said that the current routing technology is very mature, and there are also a variety of routing, evdo router is one of them. I am not very familiar with the evdo router. After reading the next article, I learned that the evdo router can do this. The arrival of 3G poses a challenge to many technologies. So, let's catch up. We can use limited network resources to make wireless business.

Solution design overview:

This solution makes full use of the mature Video Transmission Equipment-network hard disk video recorder (DVR ), with the latest 3G wireless router developed by Chengdu Yuhong Technology Co., Ltd. based on China Telecom's evdo router wireless network, by establishing a communication tunnel between the vro and the central server, the Service port of the Network Video Server is transparent proxy on the central server. The user accesses the corresponding video device through the port of the central server, this solution is cost-effective. You only need to add a wireless router to the entire system to fully protect your investment. It is easy to use. This system can replace different video devices, devices of Dahua and other well-known companies continue to use their familiar video client software, and the vro automatically logs on to the central server to implement transparent agents of devices.

1: evdo Router

Using the single-card ikeevdo router recently developed by Chengdu Yuhong technology, the router is designed based on the DAVINCI chip and has strong functional scalability. It supports some well-known brands such as Huawei, including USB wireless network adapters, with comprehensive PPP and IP protocols, embedded devices connect to the internet through Ethernet and routers. At the same time, the vro has built-in special software to establish a tunnel path with the central server to implement transparent proxy for the service ports of embedded devices. The Network upload speed of China Telecom's evdo router is as high as 1.8MBPS. This router supports four high-quality real-time audio and video data channels.

2: Network hard drive video recorder or video server. This component uses a highly mature and easy-to-purchase DVR & DVS to collect and encode analog images.

3: the central server software. Because the IP address obtained by wireless internet access is not a real IP address that can be routed over the internet, the client cannot perform point-to-point connections with the video server to be accessed, in this case, we must establish a communication tunnel between the wireless router terminal and the central server through the tunnel protocol to achieve the purpose of transparent proxy device of the central server, for example, the DVR address is 192.168.1.100, the video service port is 8000, and the center server is 211.1.2.3.

Through the tunnel data path established between the router and the central server, we can access the dvr device 192.168.1.100 by accessing port 8000 of port 211.1.2.3. for end users, I only changed the IP address and the evdo router. The biggest benefit of this implementation is to make full use of the existing video software, video equipment, without re-designing the software, and customers do not need to be familiar with the new system.
