Split Text
To "explode" the text, you first need to disassemble the text strokes. The method is simple, draw a rectangular block, and then enter the text you want to "explode", fold the two together, and press CTRL + A to select them all.

Next, switch to the Drawing tools-Format tab, click to open the Merge Shapes submenu and select Split.

After the above operation, you will be able to remove many small shapes (show many nodes), then click the mouse in the blank to cancel the selection of all shapes. Then click on the selected rectangular block, press del Key to delete, so that will be left only text. At this time looked like the original text, has actually been dismantled, each part of the word can move freely.

Explosion animation
Now click on a stroke, such as the "male" above the word, then switch the Animation tab, click to expand the Animation drop-down box, select Custom Path in motion path, and then use the mouse to draw the line from the center to the perimeter (double-click the mouse knot to draw). In the same way, the strokes of all the solutions are set so that, in order to achieve the effect of the explosion, the path is best from the center to the surrounding fly out. (or use the "fly out" effect directly)

At this point, press F5 to preview the animation effect, you will find that you must click (or press the space bar) one time will fly out a stroke, which is a bit inconsistent with the explosion effect.
