Step one open the geometry artboard, select the "line tool", in the artboard blank area to draw a horizontal line L, to represent the ground, as shown in the following figure.

Step three mouse click at any position above the straight L, draw an end of the wall, hold down the SHIFT key, drag down the mouse until the wall and the line L have intersection point, then click the mouse, you can draw the wall perpendicular to the ground, as shown in the following figure.
