How to drive a file in addition to a browser

I do not know when to start, many browsers are installed in the installation directory to add a driver file. Because of the high level of permissions on the driver files, many users think that the driver files will do other things in the system background, so they all want to remove the driver files from the installation directory. However, the driver file is not the same as the normal file, and the general deletion method has no effect on it. Here are a few ways to remove the driver files in a common browser.

Prohibit the use of Cheetah Drive

Cheetah Browser is the earliest browser to add a driver file, although it is in the name of security to join the driver file, but many users are still dismissive. So to disable the driver file in Cheetah Browser, first click on the "Security Center" button in the upper right corner of the browser's operating interface. In the pop-up page, click on the "Internet Defense" button in the toolbar, and find the "turn on the Cheetah Security Service" item to set this feature to "off" (Figure 1). A prompt window pops up, clicking the "Close Service" button and restarting the browser will disable the driver file in the browser (Figure 2).

If the user feels that disabling the driver file is not enjoyable, delete it quickly and then exit the running Cheetah Browser first. Then run the security software AntiSpy, select the "Driver module" tab in the pop-up security software operating interface so that you can view the driver files that are already in the system. Then click on the "File Maker" button to sort, and you can see multiple driver files named Kingsoft. Next select a driver file, click the right mouse button, select the menu "Delete driver files and Registry" command, you can drive the file from the system clean and thoroughly deleted (Figure 3). In the same way, you can delete the remaining driver files.

Remove QQ Browser Driver

Cheetah Browser After the addition of the driver file, there are other browsers also follow up to join the driver file, such as many people commonly used QQ browser. Although through the front that rough method, also can carry out QQ Browser driver file deletion operation, but for QQ browser there is a more convenient method.

First download the latest version of the QQ browser installation package, choose to do not immediately after the installation operation, but in the installation of the package on the right mouse point click, through the compression software for the installation package to extract the operation. When the decompression operation is complete, you can see the driver and service two subfolders (Figure 4) by entering into the folder just extracted.

By name we can see that the driver subfolder is called the driver file. So if you don't need these driver files, just delete the subfolder. and the service subfolder is stored in the server to launch the browser services file, this user can be considered as needed, whether the folder needs to be deleted. After this operation, the QQ browser has actually become a green version. Finally run the Qqbrowser file in the folder, you can activate the QQ browser to use. But this method has a small flaw, is this operation after the QQ browser can not be set as the system's default browser, but fortunately our goal is fully achieved.

Small tip:

If the user wants to place the configuration file in the specified directory, you can invoke the "--user-data-dir=userdatadir" parameter in the browser icon path. WINDOWS10 Tutorial
