How to enable Win2000 and XP SP1 to support system. javasiseservices (XP verified)

In some cases, writing system. enterpriseservices can be used on winxpsp2 and win2003,

We can also use Win2000 and winsp1 SP1.

Introduction:

On WINXP pro and win2000, I cannot run the following statement:

But, there is a tweak to get it working before XP SP2: hotfix 828741.

You won't see any single word about SWC mentioned there, but believe me,

With this hotfix all things are good
