First open the Run window (win+r), enter "gpedit.msc" in the window, and then click OK, as shown in the figure:
In the local Group Policy editor that pops up, we expand User Configuration--management module--Network--network connection, as shown in the figure:
On the right side of the network Connections option, we find "Enable Windows2000 network connection settings for Administrators" and double-click to open, as shown in the figure:
In the pop-up window, check "enabled" and press "OK", as shown in the figure:
Then continue to open the "Prohibit access to properties of the LAN connection component" in the window to the right of network connections, as shown in the figure:
Select "Enabled" again in the pop-up menu and press "OK", as shown in the picture:
After the setup is complete we also need to reboot the computer, so that our IP address will not be modified, we can guarantee the use of a fixed IP.
