How to add a computer icon to the WIN8 desktop

First, the right mouse button click on the desktop space, open the right menu. Then click the "Personalize" option in the right-click menu and go to the "Personalize" Settings page. As shown in the following illustration:

Second, then in the personalized page, click the "Change Desktop Icon" button, go to the Desktop Icon Settings page. As shown in the following illustration:

Third, enter the Desktop Icon Settings page, check the "computer", and finally click "Confirm", you can successfully add the "Computer" icon to the desktop. You can also check other options you want to add to your desktop. As shown in the following illustration:
