Users can add frequently used commands to the Quick Access Toolbar in the Access2007 Custom Quick Access Toolbar Drop-down menu, and you can add more commands to the Quick Access Toolbar in the Word Options dialog box, as described in the following steps:
Step 1th, open the Access2007 window, click the Customize Quick Access Toolbar button in the Quick Access Toolbar, and select Other commands from the Open Drop-down menu, as shown in Figure 2009010301.

Step 2nd, in the Open Word Options dialog box, automatically switches to the Custom tab, select the target command in the list of commands on the left, and click the Add button to add it to the Quick Access Toolbar. Repeat this step to add more than one command, and then click OK when the addition is complete, as shown in Figure 2009010302.
