Good leaders tend to switch their thinking, and they think they can help their employees improve their work efficiency. In this way, employees will regard themselves as part of the team and take the team as their own, so as to make the entire team a good atmosphere. As the bottom of a triangle, I am trying my best to coordinate resources and support my team members to complete their work.
You need to know that employees who contact customers are employees rather than leaders. Therefore, employees are more important than leaders and customers are more important than employees. If you do not understand packaging, well, simply put, you must learn to forge your own experience. Just like a special agent, you must first forge an identity and experience for yourself, let the enemy not despise you. The same applies to management. First, you must convince others of you and use your charm to impress them. This is the idea of preemptible. As a leader, we must be very good at controlling time and know when to do things. For example, if you are a leader, you are an important person for the company. However, you have to do some unimportant things to do things that should have been done by your subordinates. This is not management, nor does it reflect your ability to work. Important people should do important things, otherwise you will not be so important to the company.
You must learn what is urgent, what is important, and give yourself a schedule, what to do on the day, and what is temporarily added, what is left behind is not solved, what needs to be completed within the specified time and not in a rush. Write down these things and finish one and then another so that the problem can be solved one by one. You must learn how to make your subordinates manage their monkeys and their monkeys.
